WAO School Facilities Manager

Warren/Alvarado/Oslo School District is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to begin as soon as possible.

Job Requirements: Taking “ownership” of the school district facilities by managing, overseeing, and helping to maintain all facilities, buildings/grounds, and transportation fleet. To support administration in a manner that enhances their roles and responsibilities. To organize and serve as supervisor for specified year round staff, as assigned. To address and implement plans for the district current and future, facilities needs/upgrades.

Job Goals: Bring a business sensibility to the operation of the school, making the daily operation of the school as cost and time efficient as possible, while maintaining a high degree of staff satisfaction. Support the school’s mission by setting the “tone” of the school as a warm and friendly environment, having high standards and results, all while being committed to the future success of WAO school.

Terms of Employment: Full-time, 12 month, 8-9 hr. per day position. Hours and days of service are established by the school district. Salary range from $22.65 to $30.17 per hour. Benefits include a fully paid Family Health Insurance plan, VEBA, and 403B.

Employment contingent upon obtaining future boiler and bus operator licensure.

(2) WAO Custodians - High School & Elementary

Warren/Alvarado/Oslo School District is seeking TWO full-time Custodians to begin as soon as possible.

Job Requirements: Assigned buildings and premises are cleaned and maintained in a professional and timely manner. Repairs are noted and corrected to provide a safe, clean, and neat building and grounds. Facilities are set up for special events properly and in a timely manner. Staff requests are responded to in a respectful and timely manner. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by the facilities manager.

Warren-Alvarado-Oslo is a growing district who believes in hard work, positive relationships, participation and teamwork for students, staff and community.  Warren-Alvarado-Oslo High School is seeking a full-time 6-12 Agriculture teacher for the 2022-2023 school year and beyond.  Applicants must be licensed by Minnesota PELSB to teach middle school and senior high Agriculture courses.  Out of field placements will be considered.  Coaching opportunities are available.
