1. Dishwasher – Part Time:
WAO is seeking an individual interested in part time hours, per day to assist in washing dishes in the kitchen. Typical hours range from 9am-1pm.

Salary Range: $15.42-19.42 per hour

2. Elementary Principal - Starting July 2026:

WAO seeks a visionary, student-centered Elementary Principal (PreK–5) to lead our school community in achieving its mission:

“Creating a foundation for success by cultivating a passion for learning.” The Principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader, promoting academic excellence, inclusive practices, and a safe, supportive school culture.

This position reports directly to the Superintendent.

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000

3. 7-12 English Language Arts Teacher for 26/27:
Warren-Alvarado-Oslo is a growing district who believes in hard work, positive relationships, participation and teamwork for students, staff and community. Warren-Alvarado-Oslo High School is seeking a full-time 7-12 English Language Arts teacher for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Applicants must be licensed by Minnesota PELSB to teach 7-12 English Language Arts. Out of field placements will be considered. Coaching opportunities are available.

4. Kid Spot Coordinator 2026/27 School Year:

WAO is seeking a motivated individual who is interested in leading our after school childcare program for the upcoming school year.

This position includes supervising staff and students, planning activities, and managing daily operations.

Salary Range: $21.10 - $21.60 per hour

5. Teacher & Para Subbing:
WAO is seeking both teacher subs and paraprofessional subs for both our High School
and Elementary Buildings for the 25/26 school year & beyond.

➡️Teacher Sub Daily Rate: $140 per day subbing
➡️Para Sub Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

6. Bus and/or Activities Driver:
Are you a Ponies fan who enjoys going to sporting events and activities? Consider
getting your bus license to support the teams and get paid for cheering WAO on!
Substituting bus routes, or driving for school activities can work around a schedule of
your choosing.
