Payforit.net Online Payments

Dear Parents and Guardians:

WAO is pleased to offer parents the ability to pay and manage your children’s lunch accounts online by using PayForIt.net. PayForIt.net may be accessed at www.payforit.net and click on Sign Up for An Account in the Log In box. Once you have activated your account, you need to register your children using the information at the bottom of this letter.

With PayForIt.net, you can log in at any time to make a deposit in your children’s account, view their account balance, set up recurring deposits, set up e-mail notifications when the account falls below a certain dollar amount, or request a report showing what your child has purchased on their account. When making a deposit, you only need to enter an amount in one of your children’s names and the amount will be deposited into your family account and the funds will be available for all your children. If you set up a recurring deposit, we recommend you use one of your younger children’s names so you won’t need to make any changes as your children graduate as they will become inactive in the system.

There is a 3.0% transaction fee that is assessed to each transaction if you use Visa, Discover or MasterCard. If you pay by electronic check, there is a flat fee of $1.75 per transaction. The fee is only charged when you add money to your children’s account online. You may also make a payment with a credit/debit card in the Elementary or High School Office with no fee assessed. You can view the account balance, see what they have purchased and receive low balance emails without having to incur any fees.

Transactions processed by PayForIt.net are safe and secure using Secure Socket Link, SSL, technology with Digicert. With this technology, schools can be assured that all student information, credit card information and all other student data will be highly encrypted and secure according to the PCI Level 1 compliance rules from Visa, Discover and MasterCard.

If you choose not to use PayForIt.net for credit card or electronic check transactions, the district continues to accept cash, checks, and now credit cards at the high school and elementary offices.

If you have any questions, please contact the elementary or high school.

Thank you!
